I had a good experience browsing Gain City, especially while looking at fridges and washing machines. They had a nice range of brands to compare, which I really appreciated because it didn’t feel like I was stuck choosing from just the usual few options.
Most of the items I checked were in stock, so that was a relief. A couple of colours or models weren’t available, but the website made it easy to see other choices and pick something else. Overall, I’m grateful it was a smooth and straightforward shopping experience

I called a few times and honestly... no one really helped me properly. I kept getting passed from one staff member to another, and it was frustrating

Delivery showed up right on time, and the install was done really quickly. my only regret is not taking care of this sooner.

I bought a small appliance from Gain City because the price was slightly cheaper than what I saw at other stores. At first, the promo seemed attractive, but once I looked closer, I realised some of the discounts only worked with certain payment methods or if you hit a minimum spend. It felt a bit frustrating, especially when I was trying to figure out the actual final price and didn’t feel like the details were made very clear.

The delivery itself was fine and the item arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. I just wish the promo terms were explained better on the site, because it kind of felt like customers were left to figure everything out on their own. Overall, not a bad experience, but I’d definitely compare carefully and read the fine print before buying again.

The after-sales support was really slow, and my warranty claim felt like it dragged on forever. I kept waiting for someone to actually help, but it never really happened. Super frustrating experience :/
